DELEGATE MANAGEMENT

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology has been modified into a unique delegate management and tracking tool. RFID technology gives organisers a level of control they have never had before, in a subtle and unobtrusive manner:

• Delegate details such as hotel, transfers, requested breakaway sessions, special meals and access levels can be captured on the identification badge;
• Session attendance monitoring – all attendance to linked sessions can be verified to allow to cost control and verification of attendance;
• Access control for VIPs, speakers and coordinators – secure areas can be efficiently controlled by personnel at access points as automatic identification of all delegates is monitored; and
• RFID can be effectively used for reporting and control – the system can generate reports for registration, access levels, session and conference attendance, late registration and special requirements.
